Everything about pricing and getting started, the Cerebera Advance platform, and the mobile app your field team uses every day.
General & billing
Cerebera Advance is an AI-powered field operations platform built for businesses managing mobile and frontline teams. It brings live workforce tracking, GPS-verified attendance, task assignment, job completion verification, automated payroll, client invoicing and AI-powered reporting together in one connected platform - accessible from a desktop dashboard and a mobile app your field team can use from anywhere.
Cerebera Advance starts from £7.99 per seat per month on the Standard tier and £14.99 per seat per month on the Plus tier. US pricing starts from $9.99 per seat per month and Indian pricing starts from ₹299 per seat per month. There are no setup fees, no implementation costs and no hidden charges.
Yes. Every new customer gets a full 14-day free trial with complete access to the platform. No credit card is required and there is no commitment at the end. You can invite your team, run real operations through the platform and decide whether Cerebera Advance is right for your business before spending a penny.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts and no lock-in. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No awkward phone calls, no cancellation fees.
The Standard tier includes live workforce tracking, GPS-verified clock-in and clock-out, task assignment, job completion verification, one-tap SOS safety alerts, paperless forms, built-in communications and a full audit trail. The Plus tier includes everything in Standard, plus automated payroll calculation, client invoicing with payment reminders, salary payments via Stripe, AI Report Writer powered by Claude, an AI Operations Assistant, advanced analytics, licence and certification management, subcontractor management and fleet management.
You can add employees individually or upload your entire workforce in one go using a CSV or Excel file. Once added, each team member receives an invitation to download the Cerebera Advance app. For large teams, bulk upload is the fastest way to get everyone on the platform the same day.
Yes. You can add subcontractor companies, assign them to specific customers and sites and view their deployed staff on the same live map as your own workforce - giving you complete visibility over everyone working under your operation, regardless of who employs them.
When a field worker arrives for their shift, they open the Cerebera Advance app and tap Log On Duty. Their location is automatically recorded at the point of clock-in, confirming they are physically present at the correct site. This eliminates buddy clocking, ghost shifts and attendance disputes - and means payroll is calculated from hours genuinely worked, not self-reported timesheets.
From the Payroll dashboard, select Generate Payroll, choose the pay month and decide whether to run payroll by customer, location or individual employee. You can review all figures - including gross pay, deductions, tax and net pay - before generating. The entire process takes minutes rather than days.
When creating a task, enter the date range, describe the work and add the location or postcode. Cerebera Advance automatically recommends the best available team member based on their live location and availability - so the right person gets the job, not just whoever picks up the phone first.
Every completed job can be supported with GPS location, timestamps, photos, videos and job details - all uploaded directly from the worker's phone the moment the work is done. This creates a tamper-proof, timestamped record that is ready for any client query or compliance audit.
From the Invoicing section, select the customer, choose the relevant sites, review the amounts and generate the invoice. You can include site-wise attendance reports and statutory documents with each invoice and set up automated payment reminders for outstanding balances.
Yes. The Licences dashboard shows active licences, expired licences and licences due for renewal within 90 days. You can upload licence documents, set expiry dates and configure alerts so nothing lapses without warning.
The Analytics section gives you live KPIs across your entire operation. The AI Briefing feature provides a plain-language executive summary of what happened, what needs attention and what has changed - updated in real time. You can also ask Cerebera Advance direct questions about your operation and receive instant answers without pulling a single spreadsheet together.
Same day. There is no IT setup, no implementation project and no technical resource required. Once you sign up, invite your team and ask them to download the Cerebera Advance app by searching "Cerebera" on the App Store or Google Play. Most businesses are live and running real operations through the platform within hours of signing up.

Mobile app FAQs
Getting started
Your company administrator will set up your account and send you login details, usually by email or text message. Once you have your username and password, open the app and log in. If you do not receive your login details, contact your manager or supervisor.
The app you are using is powered by Cerebera, but your employer has chosen to brand it with their own logo and colours. This is completely normal and means the app is set up specifically for your organisation.
Your Digital ID is your verified employee identity within the app. You can find it under the Menu tab. It confirms who you are, your role and your organisation, and can be shown if a manager, client or site contact needs to verify your identity.
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen to reset it. If you do not see this option, contact your manager or supervisor for help resetting your access.
Attendance & duty
On the Home tab, tap "Log On Duty." The app will open your camera and ask for a quick selfie. This confirms you are present and ready to start work. Once your selfie is captured, you will be logged on duty automatically. You can also tap Menu on the bottom left corner, then click the toggle to go on or off duty.
This is a quick identity and presentation check to confirm it is genuinely you starting your shift, and that you are smartly presented and ready to deliver. It only takes a few seconds and is part of how your company maintains accurate, verified attendance records.
Try again in better lighting or make sure your face is clearly visible without anything covering it. If you continue to have trouble, contact your supervisor.
Go to the Menu and select "Attendance Log." Here you can see your hours for the week, your attendance rate, any late arrivals and your duty days.
Go to the Attendance Log and use the option to report an attendance issue. Add details explaining the mismatch and it will be sent to your manager for review.
The app uses your phone's location services to confirm and record the site you are logged on at. Make sure location access is turned on for accurate tracking.
You can log off duty at any time, but doing so before your scheduled shift ends may be flagged for your manager's review. If you need to leave early, it is best to let your supervisor know first.
Tasks & evidence
On the Home tab you will see a summary of your tasks for the month, including accepted, completed and pending tasks, along with your on-time completion percentage. For a detailed calendar view, go to the Tasks tab and switch between day, week or month view.
On the Home tab, tap "Capture the Moment" to shoot and submit field evidence directly from your camera.
Evidence confirms the work has been completed and provides a verified record for your manager and your company's clients. This protects you as much as it protects the business, since it proves exactly what was done, where and when.
Yes. Go to the Evidence tab to see everything you have submitted, or find the same information under Menu.
Your evidence is automatically timestamped and tagged with your location, then sent to your manager's dashboard for review. There is nothing further you need to do once it is submitted.
This percentage reflects how many of your assigned tasks were completed on time within the given period. If you believe there is an error, speak to your supervisor, who can review the task history with you.
Safety & SOS
Go to the Respond tab, where you'll find the red SOS button alongside the live map. When you tap SOS, a 5-second countdown begins before the alert is sent. Nearby team members and your emergency contacts will be notified, and you can tap Cancel during the countdown if you no longer need to raise the alert.
SOS is for an emergency and sends an urgent alert after the countdown. Share Alerts lets you choose a specific type of alert based on your situation, such as requesting help, sending backup, reporting that you're under threat or being followed, or letting your team know about a low battery or no signal.
You can choose from options such as Need Help, Send Backup, Under Threat, Being Followed, Get Me Out, No Signal and Low Battery. You can also use options such as Contact My Family, Send Support or I'm Safe to keep the right people updated.
Yes. The moment you raise an SOS or select an alert option, your management team is notified instantly with your exact live location.
A 5-second countdown gives you time to cancel the alert before it is sent. Tap Cancel during the countdown if the SOS was pressed by mistake.
Your location is shared with your management team while you are logged on duty, so they can support you if needed. Once you log off duty, live location sharing stops.
Team & communication
Go to the Respond tab and tap Team Chat. From there, you can start an individual chat with your supervisor or a colleague, join a group conversation, and share messages with your team.
Yes. The Team tab shows a live map of you and your teammates who are currently logged on duty.
Unread chats appear under the "Needs Your Attention" section on the Home tab, so you never miss an important update.
Yes. Go to Menu and select "Duties." From your current duty site information, you will find an option to call your supervisor directly.
Wages & earnings
Go to Menu and select "Payslip." You can view your monthly payslip, including your net pay, total earnings and any deductions.
Deductions vary depending on your location and your employer's policies. In the UK, this may include income tax and National Insurance. In the US, this may include federal and state tax withholdings. In India, this may include income tax or TDS, professional tax and ESI where applicable. Speak to your manager or HR contact if you have specific questions about your deductions.
Go to Menu and select " View Earnings." Here you can view your total annual earnings as well as a monthly breakdown.
Task bonuses depend on your company's specific policies, such as completing tasks on time or taking on additional assignments. The Earnings section on your Home tab shows any task bonuses and payouts you have received.
Pay can differ based on hours worked, role, location, task bonuses and individual deductions. If you have a specific concern about your payslip, contact your manager or HR contact directly.
This depends on your company's payroll schedule. Your manager or HR contact will be able to confirm exactly when your payslip becomes available each month.
Expenses & claims
Go to the menu and select "Expenses." From the expense summary screen, you can add a new expense for submission.
This depends on your company's expense policy. Common examples include fuel, travel and work-related purchases. Check with your manager if you are unsure whether something is claimable.
Go to the expense summary screen, where you can see whether your claim is submitted, under review, approved or rejected.
Claims may be rejected if they do not meet your company's expense policy, are missing required information, or lack supporting documentation. If you are unsure why a claim was rejected, contact your manager for clarification.
Most expense claims require some form of supporting documentation. Check your company's specific expense policy or speak to your manager for guidance.
Mileage & vehicles
Go to Menu and select "Track Mileage." You can view your total distance, total trips, total duration and estimated fuel cost, broken down by day, week, month or year.
Mileage and trip data are calculated using your phone's GPS location. If location services are turned off, your mileage tracking will not be accurate.
Yes. On the Home tab you can view your assigned vehicle along with its recent trips, total miles travelled and fuel usage.
Mileage is estimated based on GPS data, so it should closely reflect your actual journeys. For the most accurate results, make sure your location services remain switched on throughout your shift.
If you believe your recorded mileage is inaccurate, check that location services were enabled during your trip. If the issue persists, report it to your supervisor.
Forms & documents
Go to the menu and select "Forms." The app will automatically populate information where possible. Fill in any remaining fields and sign directly on the app to complete your submission.
No. All forms are completed and signed digitally within the app. There is no need to print, scan or post anything.
Go to Menu and select "My Documents." From here you can upload any document, such as a driving licence or government ID. All documents are encrypted and stored securely.
Yes. All documents and personal information are encrypted and stored securely in line with data protection standards.
Yes, you can upload a new version of a document at any time through "My Documents." Speak to your manager if you are unsure whether an older version needs to be removed.
Notifications
This section on your Home tab highlights anything that requires action, such as a pending leave request, outstanding expense claims, missed notifications or unread chat messages.
This may take a short time to update. If it is not clear after some time, contact your supervisor to confirm whether the item has been actioned on their end.
You can check the status of your leave request under "needs your attention" on your Home tab. You will also typically receive a notification once a decision has been made.
Account, privacy & legal
Go to Menu and select "Logout" at the bottom of the screen.
Go to Menu and select "Legal T&Cs" to view the full terms and conditions for using the app.
Go to Menu and select "Privacy Policy" to view full details on how your data is collected, used and protected.
